Tending to energy, body and spirit and exploring the earthly and divine, Lauren’s work is devoted to nervous system regulation- supporting a sense of home and ease in our bodies, recognizing and honoring our own inner wisdom and living the fullest expression of our creative lives.

She is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist holding a Masters degree in Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science and a Bachelors degree from Rutgers University for studies in Visual Arts and Psychology.

Her practice is informed by Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element theory, Acu-point aromatherapy, flower essence therapy, Reiki energy work, and Folk Medicine practices. It is inspired by the natural world, creativity, and the many dimensioned, non-linear experience that is to be a life on this Earth.

She believes in compassionate and accessible care. Her work is healing centered, pro-love, anti-racist, body positive, and committed to continued growth.
